Returns Policy.
Our returns policy lasts 14 days from the day your order was delivered.
If 14 days has gone by since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but can offer a gift card.
You must also contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you wish to return or exchange your item(s). Although our returns policy lasts 14 days it is important you contact us immediately (within the 48 hour period of delivery) or we have the right to cancel your refund at any time.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
